The service
Easy Pass Trading provides trading signals, an educational academy, and one-on-one coaching. Subscriptions are purchased on our website and grant access to the markets and features included in your plan.
No financial advice
All content is educational. Nothing on the platform is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Signals are the opinion of the coach and are not recommendations to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our Risk Disclosure.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our website payment system. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. On iOS, purchases are not processed inside the app — manage your subscription on our website.
Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute signals or paid content.
- Do not attempt to access content outside your subscribed plan.
- Do not misuse the alert systems.
Third-party links
The platform may link to brokers, charting tools, and meeting providers. We are not responsible for their services or content.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee signal accuracy, profitability, or uptime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Pass Trading is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including trading losses.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Easy Pass Trading operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
