Easy Pass Trading ("we", "us") operates a subscription-based platform providing trading signals, education, coaching, and alerts. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password (secured by our authentication provider) when you register.
• Profile preferences: your selected trading styles and markets.
• Contact preferences: your email address, used to deliver the trading alerts and account notifications you request.
• Notification preferences: whether you have opted in to email alerts.
• Subscription records: the plan and markets you subscribe to and payment status (card data is handled by our payment provider, never stored by us).
• Usage data: anonymized analytics about how the app is used.

How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To deliver trading signals, updates, and alerts you have requested.
• To gate access based on your active subscription and selected markets.
• To provide coaching sessions you book.
• To improve the service and comply with legal obligations.

Email communications

Email alerts are on by default for registered users. You can turn them off at any time in Notification Settings. We do not sell your contact information.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers: a payment processor for subscriptions, an email service for notifications, and our hosting platform. Each provider processes only the data necessary to deliver the service and under their own privacy terms.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from Account Settings; we will remove your subscriptions, bookings, and notification preferences and process the account deletion request. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, use the in-app deletion tool or contact us.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. Trading accounts with a broker require you to be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will note the updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
